Description

Gift with warranty from Henry son of Roger de Halreswae to Roger Durevassal, for homage and service, of a certain croft with meadow and other appurtenaces in Becleswrthe lying between the land which Roger Durevassal held and Wytheneward and the land of Roger Gerin and extending from the heath to Walcroft; to hold the same rendering annually one halfpenny; which gift was made in exchange for a certain piece of land which Roger the grantee held of Roger Gerin lying towards the west between the grantor's land and the land of the said Roger. Witnesses: John le Archer, Robert de Fulewude, William de Crowenhale, Roger Gerin, Richard de Mosecote, Ranulf de Betleswrth, Roger de Sydenhale, William Wystan and certain others.
