Quitclaim from Walter Warner of Tanewrth' to Richard son of Robert de Folewode of an annual rent of 6 pence which Thomas son of William de Havekeshawe was accustomed to pay, with the homages, heriots, reliefs and wardships pertaining thereto; to hold the same to the said Richard, his heirs and assigns, except Jews or a religious house, rendering annually to the heirs of William Wystan' a red rose at the feast of St. John the Baptist; and for this the said Richard gives 1 mark.
