Gift with warranty from William de Bello Campo earl of Warwick to Adam de Bentford of Toneworth', for homage and service, of three roods from the waste of Toneworth' of which half an acre lies between the road leading from Toneworth' towards Solihulle and the land of Robert atte Fenne, and one rood at Bentford next to the garden of the said Adam; to hold the same to the said Adam, his heirs and assigns, except a religious house, rendering annually 3 pence (2 terms) for all services save suit of court at Toneworth' at Christmas and Whitsun and the payment of scutage at the rate of 1 penny per acre when it falls due.
