Gift with warranty from Robert son of Henry Waring of Tanewrth' to William son of Adam Colling, for homage and service, of three selions of land in Fenshawe lying in length and breadth between the grantor's land, the road of Fenshawe and the heath of Calvesleye 'in circuitum'; to hold the same rendering annually 6 pence (2 terms); and for this the said William gives 12 pence.
