Gift with warranty from William de Alrescawe son of Nicholas de la Coppe to Henry de Alrescawe, for fealty and service, of 21/2 acres of land lying between the old land of Alrescawe and a certain new acre of land of the said Henry in width, and in length between the grantor's land and the road which lies next to the corner of Alrescawe with a reasonable path for entry and exit to and from Alrescawe, the grantor covenanting to maintain half the hedge between his land and that of the said Henry; to hold the same rendering annually 1 penny at Michaelmas; and for this the said Henry gives 24 shillings.
