Quitclaim with warranty from Thomas Durvassal, lord of Spernoure, to Robert de Sydenhale of Taneworth' of all his right in the land which the said Robert had by the demise of Roger Molendinarii, and which the said Roger had by the feoffment of Philip the grantor's father, on Calvesleyeheth' next the close of the earl of Warwick in Taneworth'; to hold the same with all profits except the rents belonging to the grantor as specified in the original charter.
