Description

Quitclaim with warranty from Richard de la Sponna of Tonewrth' to Henry de Manecestre of all his right in an annual rent of 12 pence which John de Luton son of William de Crowenhale was accustomed to pay for a tenement which he claimed to hold of the grantor [of the fee of] Henry du Lee in the same vill; to hold the same rendering annually one clove of gilly flower at Christmas. Witnesses: John le Archer of Tonewrth', Richard de Fulwode of the same, Thomas le Notte of Solihul, Henry Warner of Tonewrth', Roger the clerk of Aspley and others. Tag, seal lost.
