Description

Gift with warranty from Roger de Suanesdich to Henry de Yerdeleye of a rood of land, which the grantor bought from William Bello Campo earl of Warwick, from the new waste in Tenewrth together with a small additional piece of land which the grantor held of Robert de Sydenhale lying next to the said rood; which said rood lies in length between the house of the said Roger and the land of Richard Horin and in width between the land of Thomas Heliot and the road which leads from Decherlisford towards Henleye; to hold the same of the chief lords of the fee, rendering annually to William de Bello Campo, earl of Warwick, for the rood of land 1 penny (2 terms) and to Roger de Sydenhale, for the additional piece of land, one rose at the feast of St. John the Baptist; and for this the said Henry gives 5 shillings.
