Lease with warranty from Robert de Hunhall' to William de Barnevile and Christine his wife of an annual rent of 19s 91/2d in Monekespat, namely from William de Saunvile 4s 8d, from Philip Durvassal 6d, from Peter de Lindewor' 10d, from William Abel 5d, from Simon de Middelmor 8d, from Walter de Wintrinton' 18d, from Roger Fabro 11d, from Adam son of Henry 2d, from Walter Hereward' 6s, from Geoffrey Elis 3d, from Geoffrey del Sclon 5d, from Simon de Manecestr' 6d, from Walter Broun 151/2d, from Hugh Broun 8d, from Philip Salomon 4d, from Roger son of Richard Rivuale 51/2d, and from Agnes de Crouenhale 2d, together with all the feudal services and suits of court of those mentioned and of William son of Robert Abel, Warin de la Lone, Henry Riwale, Peter de Val, Ranulf del Sclon and John son of Ranulf Riwale, once every three weeks, and together with all amercements, heriots, wardships, reliefs and other services pertaining to the said rents; to hold the same for the life of the said William and Christine with all profits of waste lands and the fisheries as freely as the said Robert held them; with the further lease to the said William and Christine, for the term of their lives, of the reversion of all that shall fall due from the men of Margery widow of William de Hunlehal' in Menekespat after the death of the said Margery; to hold the same for the said term of their lives rendering annually 1 penny at Easter; and for this the said William and Christine give 20 marks. The said Robert agrees to bind himself in the penal sum of £10 not to break the said agreement.
