Sale and quitclaim with warranty from William de Romeshul' to William Archer of 6 pence annual rent, with the further gift and quitclaim of an annual rent of 4 pence which Alexander Nigrus was accustomed to pay to the grantor, with all homages, reliefs and escheats relating thereto; to hold the same rendering annually 1 penny at Michaelmas; and for this William the grantee gives 10 shillings. Witnesses: Henry de Lee, Robert de Folewode, William de Lee, William de Bottel, Walter clerk of Thaneworth', Richard 'Dispensario', Thomas de Notehurst clerk, and others. Seal on tag, circular, white, large fragment only. A ?horse.
