Bond from Ralph Wood warde the elder of Bythill in Alvechurche, Worcestershire, yeoman and Ralph Wood warde, younger son of Daniel Woodwarde of Somborne yeoman to Andrew Archer of Tanworthe esquire in the penal sum of £1,200 to perform covenants in bargain and sale of even date during the lifetime of Alice, wife of the said Ralph, or for 15 years if she lived so long.
