Gift from Richard Middelmore esquire to Richard Fulwode esquire of one tenements in Toneworth' in the county of Warr' called Yernoldes plase, one pasture called Bernefelde, another pasture called Shelfelde, another pasture called Millewardeslonde, two crofts called Tythbernecroftes, another pasture called Merham' and another pasture called Blakefelde; to hold for the term of his life with remainder to Robert Fulwode, son and heir of the said Richard, and to Margaret Mitton', daughter of John Mitton' esquire, and the lawful heirs of the said Robert and Margaret, or in default of such heirs to the rightful heirs of the said Richard Fulwode. Dated at Toneworth', 2 Richard III. Witnesses: William Harryes, vicar of the church of Toneworth', Thomas Asshell', John Asshell', Thomas Persons, Richard Dolffyn and many others.
