Quitclaim from William Grene oh Hulalue [Alverley in Solihull] to Richard Boteler of Solyhull' in the county of Warr' and John Wylmyngton' of Shirleystret of two fields of land lying in Mounkespath' in the fee of Tonworth' in breadth between the land of John Smyth' of Solyhull' on the one hand and the lane leading from Bermengeham towards Henley on the other and in length from the land of John Waryng, formerly of Solyhull', as far as the meadow of the said John Smyth' called Moresmedowe. Dated at Tonworth', Sunday after the feast of St. Lawrence the Martyr, 3 Richard III.
