Gift from John Myddlmore of Kynges Norton and Richard Butteler of Solyhull' gentlemen to Thomas Wescot, son and heir of Richard Wescot and Emma his wife, of a messuage lying in the lordship of Tonworth in the county of Warr' called Collens place with meadows, pastures and feedings, which property the grantors, together with Richard Fulwod' esquire and William Harres, vicar of the church of Tonworth, lately held by gift and feoffment of Henry Browne and Emma, lately wife of the said Richard Wescot, daughter and heir of Thomas Collens deceased; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
