Description

Gift with warranty from John Archer' esquire to Richard Fulwode esquire and Robert Fulwode of a parcel of land lying next to a certain croft belonging to the said Richard called Caluermorecroft', containing in breadth on the east side 41/2 perches and 6 feet, in breadth on the west side 4 perches and 9 feet, in length on the south side 61/2 perches and 6 feet and in length on the north side 8 perches and 6 feet; also 2s 8d annual rent called rent service from 8 acres of land lying in a certain field of the said Richard in Toneworth' called Ernoldes felde; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Dated, 5 Henry VII at Toneworth'. Witnesses: William Harries vicar of Toneworth', Richard Dolphyn' of the same, Thomas Parsons of the same and many others. Tag for seal with traces of red wax.
