Grant from Richard Yelshawe to Robert Fulwode gentleman of 6s. 8d. annual rent from all lands and tenements of the grantor in Toneworth' [2 terms], the said Robert to have right of distraint if the said rent was unpaid for one month beyond any of the said terms and to keep the same until the said rent was fully paid.
