Agreement between John Archer of Tonworth' esquire and Thomas Parker gentleman that the said Thomas should pay to the said John yearly 8 pence in silver for suit of court, [2 terms], and also his tenant was to sue and be sworn from court to court for his presentment; it was also agreed that if the said Thomas or any of his brethren lived at Tanworth' they were to choose whether to pay the fine or not.
