Description

Bond from John Salbrigge lately of Alscote in the county of Gloucs to John Archer esquire in the penal sum of £20 to be paid on the feast of Epiphany next [6 January] unless John Spencer of Hoddenhill', to whose arbitration the said John Archer and Thomas Grene of Tonworth' in the county of Warr', laborer, had agreed it in writing to the said John Archer and Thomas Grene before the said feast. Dated, 21 Henry VII. Rectangular seal of red wax on tongue, 1/2 in., the letter J Latin and English, parchment, 101/2 x 31/2 in.
