Gift with warranty from John Persons of Tonworth' county Warr' Carpynter to Thomas Persons his elder son of a messuage with adjacent garden and 3 crofts lying in Tonworth', the said messuage and garden lying between the cottage of the demesne of Cotbarwe and the lane leading to the land called Wystones, 2 of the said 3 crofts lying between the land of Richard Archer esquire and the said lane, and the third croft lying between the said lane and the land of the heirs of John Nuthurst; also 11 selions with adjacent meadow lying in Tonworth' in a field called Henefield', 10 of which lie together with meadowland next to the land of the said Richard Archer esquire and the land of the Chantry of Lapworth, and the other selion butted as far as the rivulet called Henefilde broke; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and cutomary service.
