Feoffment with warranty from Kenelm Throkmerton', Clement Throkmerton' and John Throkmerton' esquires to John Bedell of Tonneworthe county Warr' for £5 of a croft of land with a parcel of meadow in Tonneworthe called Prestes, then in the occupation of the said John Bedell, formerly of Henry Hunte and lately belonging to the chantry known as the first chantry, together with all woods and timber, reversions, etc., as freely as the grantors held the same by letters patent 24 June 7 Edward VI; to hold for ever from the King as from his manor of East Grenewiche, Kent, in free socage and not in chief. Appointment of attorney by the said grantors of John Fulwood the younger gentleman and Richard Westcote yeoman to deliver seisin.
