Lease for 21 years with warranty from William Atwood, otherwise known as William Tailer, and Thomas Lucas, churchwardens of Tonworth, with the consent of the whole parish, to Hugh Wagstaff of Tonworth bocher of a piece of ground called the Old Churchehowse garden in the Churchend of Tonworth, lying between the land of Thomas Collett at one end and the land of Normonshyll at the other; to hold from the feast of the Purification of the Blessed Mary last [2 February] for 21 years rendering annually 16d. [2 terms]; the said churchwardens having the right of re-entry after 8 weeks of any of the said terms for non-payment or arrears of the same; the said Hugh to maintain the buildings on the said property during the said term.
