Bargain and sale with warranty from Richard Fullwood of Tanworth esquire to Henry Terrye of the same husbandman for £42 of meadows and pastures called Pert Greves now divided into 5 closes of land and 3 meadows, lying in Tanworth, extending in length to a wood called Closse wood and to a lane called Smalle lane, and in breadth to land called Barford land and a wood called Earles wood on all sides, then in the tenure of the said Henry Terrye; to hold for ever.
