Description

Demise from John Waryng the elder of Tanworth yeoman to Anne Wayne Wright of Warwici widow of an annuity of 5s. to be taken annually [2 terms] from a parcel of meadow land called Hoddes in Tanworthe, then in the occupation of Henry Heathe alias Swanne, and lately belonging to the chantry known as the second chantry; to hold during the life of the said Anne, the first payment of the same to begin on the first of the said feasts after the death of the said John and Margaret his wife, the said Anne to have right of distraint after 7 days of any of the said terms.
