Indenture of Assignment between Richard Archer of Shrewley in the Parish of Hatton tanner of the 1st part, William Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon gentleman of the 2nd part and Charles Oakes of Tamworth, Staffordshire, gentleman of the 3rd part reciting DR 38/1049 and that the debts of John Stanton deceased had been paid and satisfied, and that the estate right title of the persons of the 1st 2nd parts to DR 38/1049 had been purchased by William Hunt (see DR 38/1052), it was thereby witnessed that in consideration of 5/- to the said Richard Archer paid by Charles Oakes, he the said Richard Archer assigned to Charles Oakes the term of 500 years, limited, as security for the debts of John Stanton deceased, by DR 38/1049 upon trust to attend the inheritance of William Hunt.
