Indenture of Assignment between John Josselyn the younger of Belstead Parsonage, Suffolk esquire - William Mayrick of Red Lion Square, Middlesex esquire of the 1st part, Alexander de Vandes (commonly called Count de Vandes) late of Cork Street, Piccadilly, Middlesex but now of Brook Street in the Parish of Saint George, Hanover Square, Middlesex - Elizabeth his wife (widow of John Wright late of Hatfield Priory, Essex esquire deceased) of the 2nd part, William Harding late of Hampton Lucy but then of Alveston esquire of the 3rd part, William Priest of Fillongley gentleman - Joseph Harding of Solihull gentleman (the Assignees of Charles Henry Hunt, a bankrupt) of the 4th part, Charles Mills of Mansfield Street, Marylebone, Middlesex esquire of the 5th part and Sir Richard Carr Glynn baronet, an Alderman of the City of London of the 6th part (by recitals as in DR 38/1082 including recital of DR 38/1080), it was witnessed that John Josselyn and William Mayrick in consideration of £3164 to them paid by Charles Mills (being the purchase price of the hereditaments conveyed by DR 38/1082) assigned by the consent of all the other parties thereto the mortgage term of 1000 years in the hereditaments described in DR 38/1052 - DR 38/1071 to Sir Richard Carr Glynn baronet in trust to attend the inheritance of Charles Mills.
