Description

Lease with warranty from William Skynner of Rowington esquire and Anthony Skynner, elder son of the said William, gentleman to Henry Sute of Tanworth labourer and Alice his wife of a messuage, cottage and garden in Tanworth with one meadow called Woodmedowe, lying in length between the highway leading from Warwicke towards Kyngsnorton' and a highway or passage between the said meadow and ground called the Old Parke and in breadth between 2 woods called the Earles wood, now divided into several parcels, together with all barns and buildings in Tanworth belonging to the same, excepting all great woods and timber which were reserved to the said William and Anthony with free entrance and exit to the same to cut and carry away the same at their convenience; to hold for 60 years from the present days, rendering annually £11 [ 2 terms], the said lessors having the right of re-entry after 4 weeks for non-payment or arrears of the same; the said lessees to repair and maintain all buildings and fences on the said property for which the said lessors were to supply great timber on request; the said lessors were to be responsible for the chief rent and any other dues relating to the said property.
