Feoffment with warranty from Thomas Spooner of Cleyhill in Tanworth gentleman to Anthony Langston of Sedgbarrow, Worcestershire, gentleman and John Frydoe of Noverton, Worcestershire, gentleman, of a messuage called Birdges tenement, late in the tenure of John Ichner and then of the said Thomas Spooner, and another messuage called Woodhouse tenement then in the tenure of Thomas Woodhouse, and another messuage called Peacher the in the tenure of William Ichner, a messuage called Beeseleyes tenement then in the tenure of Edmund Palmer with all lands belonging to the same in Tanworth and Nuthurst; to hold to the use of Lancelot Sponer, son of the said Thomas, and Mary his wife and their lawful issue or in default to William Sponer, son of Thomas Sponer of Whittington, Worcestershire, deceased and his lawful issue or in default to Frances Fydoe, Jane Smyth and Elizabeth Courte, daughters of the said Thomas Sponer and their heirs and assigns for ever.
