Covenant between William Mountfort of Bescote, Staffordshire, esquire and Edward Mountfort knight, his son and heir, Oliver Anderton of Tanworth yeoman and Thomas Parsons yeoman, and John Symons of Knowle yeoman and Thomas Brockhurst of Solihull yeoman, reciting 1, Conveyance from William Mountfort and Sir Edward Mountfort to the said Oliver for £230 of 2 closes of pasture called Little Monkespathe in Tanworth and 2 adjoining meadows. 2, Conveyance from the said William and Edward to the said Thomas Parsons for £70 of a messuage, buildings and lands called Hamfeildes alias Hamsfeildes in Tanworth. 3, Conveyance from the said William and Edward to the said John for £40 of a close of pasture called Good Hart land in Tanworth. 4, no. 1706. to declare the uses of a fine, to be levied by the said William Mountfort and Anne his wife and the said Sir Edward and Elizabeth his wife by which property described (1) above is to be held to the use of the said Oliver Anderton, (2) above to the use of the said Thomas Parsons, (3) above to the use of the said John Symons and (4) above to the use of the said Thomas Brockhurst.
