Feoffment with warranty from Sir Edward Mountfort of Bescote in Walsall knight to Simon Archer of Tanworth gentleman for £300 of a messuage with three pastures and one meadow adjoining the same called Pages pasture, then divided into two parts, and an adjoining meadow called Quinney land alias Conney land, all lying in Tanworth, in breadth between the house and lands of Charles Waring gentleman called Ellis on the one hand and the lands and tenements called Colletes Rewalles on the other, and in length between the highway at the upper end and Blithebrooke at the lower end, then in the tenure of Richard Varnams; to hold for ever.
