Grant from Thomas Sponer of Clayhall in Tanworthe gentleman to Eleanor Sponer, widow of Thomas Sponer deceased, natural son of the said Thomas, of a annuity of £8 as dower to be taken from the manor of Clayhall in Tanworth; to hold for the life of the said Eleanor; the said Eleanor to have the right of distraint of the said annuity was not paid six days after either of the customary terms.
