Feoffment from Richard Westcote of Hill Pool in Chadesley, Worcestershire, yoeman to Humphrey Roe of Tanworth blacksmith for £48 of a messuage with a close called Porters croft adjoining the same, lying between Mounkespathstreet, the lands of Thomas Anderton, the lands now or late of Oliver Anderton and a lane leading from Mounkspathstreete to the house of the said Oliver Anderton, late in the tenure of William Vshrood and then of the said Humphrey; to hold for ever.
