Memorandum by William Spooner gentleman of a lease to Andrew Archer esquire of a meadow ' down to the rayles' with the grass and hay of the same from this date to 2 February next and the great barn to house the same until 24 June next, rendering annually £17; the said Andrew to have the right to renew the same for another year at the said rent unless the said William was living at Clay Hall himself.
