Description

Agreement between Walter Vicarisse of Tanworth yeoman to Simon Archer, son and heir of Andrew Archer of Tanworth esquire relating to a messuage with building and land belonging to the same, late in the tenure of Agnes Cullice widow in Tanworth, adjoining the park called Lodbrokes park, pasture called Copps meadow alias Copps leyes and 2 parcels of meadow adjoining the same, 2 acres of pasture on the north side of Copps leyes, pasture lately taken out of Windmill heath, Windmill heath, and the herbage of a coppice called Tylers grave, all in Ladborkes park and also a pasture called Beareleyes, then divided into two parts, which property the said Walter holds for life and the reversion of which belonged to the said Simon, and which property the said Walter agreed to surrender on payment of £400 on 16 July next.
