Draft memorandum of an agreement between William Sponer of Cleyhall gentleman to Andrew Archer of Tanworth esquire to convey the manor house of Cleyhall with all lands, meadows, leasowes and pastures belonging to the same, now in the several tenures of William Hester, William Johnsons and Henry Crewe alais Baker, all that land called Sisley feyld and Lea Hilles and Stumpy meadow in the occupation of Thomas Lovert gentleman, services out of land called Barhes in the occupation of Laurence Ebrall and all other lands of the said William Sponer in Tanworth, Nuthurst and Hampton in Arden for £2,050.
