Deed poll under the hand of William Feild, recording a conveyance from the said William Field of Inckford in Kings-norton, Worcestershire, yeoman to Andrew Archer of Tanworth esquire, to fulfill an agreement of 30 March 1626, of a messuage in Tanworth called Collins Place in the tenure of Thomas Heath, 6 closes called Collins Land, lands now divided into 4 parts with a meadow at the end of the same called Swans Ditche or Swansditches, lands called Stapletons now also divided into 4 parts, all which property being in Tanworth lying between 2 highways or lands and the land of the said Andrew on all sides; also land called Stony croft containing 6 acres in Tanworth, lying between the land of Richard Hunt, the land of the said Andrew Archer and the highway on all sides; to hold for ever.
