Description

Release from Sibell Smith of Coventry widow and Henry Smith of the same gentleman, her son and heir, to Sir Simon Archer of Tanworth knight for £15 of meadows and lands in Tanworth called Master waters, lying between the lands of the said Sir Simon called Monkes croft, a pasture and meadows called Heath Brooke alias Botelie Brooke, a mill pool and the mill called Botelie mill, the mill stream of the said mill, a little parcel of ground of the said Simon called Tuskottes, lands of the said Sir Simon called Limbseyes alias Limses, a little croft of Charles Smith knight and the highway leading from Umberslade Hall towards Henley, with a messuage and barn lately built of part of the same, see nos. 1853 - 1854; to hold for ever.
