Covenant between John Chambers of Warwick baker and Bridget his wife on the one part, John Archer esquire, son and heir of Sir Simon Archer of Tanworth knight of the second part, William Chambers the younger of Tanworth yeoman of the third part, to perform an agreement of 1 February 1639/40 and no. 1875, and to declare the uses of a fine to be levied before Whitsun next of the property described in no. 1875; to be held to the use of the said John archer; and also 3 closes called Pynkes crofts containing 10 acres of land in Tanworth, lying between land of the said William Chambers called Pynkes croft meadow, a meadow of Richard Chambers called Bentfordes meadow and the highway near the same, late in the tenure of John Greene; to be held to the use of the said William Chambers.
