Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated the 10th December 1836 between Henry Bellamy of Bearley baker of one part and Robert Needham Philips of the Park, Prestwich, Lancashire esquire of the other part whereby the property described in DR38/443 was conveyed by Henry Bellamy to Robert Needham Philips for £115 (Reciting that the cottage belonging to the Overseers of the Poor had been taken down and re-erected). Signed Henry Bellamy and Robert Needham Philips. Stamp seal. Witnessed by Thomas Umbers solicitor Stratford-upon-Avon, Thomas Matthews of Snitterfield and Mark Philips of Manchester. Lease dated 9th December 1836 by Henry Bellamy to Robert Needham Philips of the same property for one year. Signed Henry Bellamy. Sealed and witnessed as before.
