Description

Agreement between Thomas Court of Beoley, Worcestershire, tanner and John Bennett of Tanworth 'tewgarner' relating to a lease from the said Thomas to the said John of a close in Henfeild, 6 lands in a close called the Tenne lands and 6 lands in the common Henfeild in Tanworth; to hold for 11 years from 25 March next, rendering annually £4.2s at Midsummer and Michaelmas in equal portions; the said Thomas to pay the chief rent and all taxes and charges usually paid by the landlord on the said property; the said John not to crop or lop any trees or hedges nor to make any wilful waste and the said John to pay the ' church poore and Cunstables' levies.
