Covenant from Andrew Archer of Umberslade in Tanworth esquire to Thomas Archer, younger brother of the said Andrew of Trinity College, Oxford, whereby if the said Andrew paid the said Thomas £4,000 when the said Thomas reached the age of 21 a judgement endorsed in Kings Bench for £5,000 was to be void.
