Contemporary copy of a declaration by Sir Simon Archer of Tanworth knight that whereas Dame Anne his wife has saved the sum of £900 from her ordinary allowance he now appoints John Ferrers of Walton, Derbyshire, esquire, nephew of the said Sir Simon, and Philip Yonge of Caynton, Shropshire, son in law of the said Sir Simon, his trustees to buy property with the said sum to hold to the use of the said Dame Anne to be disposed of at her will and also that whereas the said dame Anne has saved other sums from her allowance and bought plate, jewels and furniture with the same he now grants the said sums and the said plate, jewels and furniture to the said John Ferrers and Philip Yonge to hold to the use of the said Dame Anne to be disposed of at her will.
