Counterpart of a covenant between Andrew Archer of Umberslade Hall esquire and Thomas Archer of Beldesert, gentleman, his brother that if the said Andrew paid the said Thomas £4,000 by 24 June next that then a judgement in Kings Bench for £5,000 should be void. Applied seal of red wax, 3/4 in., on a shield 3 arrows pointing downwards with a crescent for difference, the shield surmounted by a helmet, crest and mantling.
