Feoffment with warranty from Edward Harper of Tanworth cloathe worker to Thomas Archer of Tanworth esquire for £60.10s. of 3 closes of Wignoll meadow, Stockinge side and Little Coppice in Tanworth, Wignoll meadow lying between the land of William Chambers on the east, north and west called Henfeild and the land of the said Thomas Archer called Bear reddinge on the south butting on to a little brook over against 5 lands of Thomas Court in a close called Tenn lands, the close called Stockinge side lying between the land of the said William Chambers on the west called Bear close and land of the said Thomas Archer on all other sides, the close called Little Coppice now orlate in the tenure of John Bissell; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary rents and services.
