Copy of bargain and sale from John Nethermill of Coventry draper and John Milward of Allesley yeoman for £64. 8s. to John Fullwood of Tanworth the younger gentleman of lands called Woodwardes and Gorsley fields in Tanworth in the several tenures of John Fulwood the elder and Richard Edwardes, formerly belonging to the chantry of Lapworthe then dissolved; also lands called Turners and Molle croft lately in the tenure of John Fulwood the elder in Tanworth, the lordship of Aspley and in the parishes of Wotton Wawen and Tanworth, formerly belonging to the chantry of Tanworth then dissolved; also a meadow then in the tenure of John Fulwood at Churchend in Tanworth and in the lordship of Aspley in the parish of Wotton Wawen, formerly belonging to the chantry of Tanworth; another croft in the tenure of Thomas Lawton in Tanworth, formerly belonging to the chantry of Tanworth; also the chief messuage and rooms for 2 chaplains under one roof formerly belonging to the chantry of Tanworth in Tanworth and in the lordship of Aspley in the parish of Wotton Wawen and an orchard and 2 gardens adjacent to the same formerly in the tenure of the said 2 chaplains; to hold freely as of the manor of Berkeswell in socage and not in chief, rendering annually 15s. to George Throckmorton knight for the lands called Woodwardes and Heynefield and 2d. for the land of Benkeley for the land called Molle croft.
