Indenture dated 17th April 1830 between Thomas Weston the younger of Snitterfield blacksmith of the one part and James Pearson of the same place tailor of the other part whereby the property described in DR38/454 was demised for 1000 years by Thomas Weston to James Pearson as security for £160.
