Bargain and sale with warranty from Richard Fulwood of Tanworth esquire to William Parsons of the same yeoman for £55 of a pasture called Hunt land in Tanworth, lying between the land of William Mountforte gentleman, the land of Avery Fulwood of Lytly Awne gentleman, and the Queen's highway on all sides, then in the tenure of John Willyams; to hold for ever, rendering the chief rent of 12d and suit of court, freely excepting one lease of the said property from the said Richard to the said John Willyams, having yet about 4 years to run, the annual rent of 20s. now to be paid to the said William.
