Feoffment with warranty from Robert Throkmerton knight, lord of the manor of Tonworthe county Warr' to Richard Warynge of Tonworthe yeoman and Margaret his wife for £10 of one messuage, one garden, 2 orchards, one close of pasture, called Homfyld containing 6 acres, lying together in Tonworthe in lez Woodende, extending in breadth to the east as far as a lane leading from Woodende to the church of Tonworthe, to the west as far as the land of John Dolphyn called Palmer's fyld and in length to the north towards the lane leading from Aspleyhethe and to the south as far as the said lane leading from Woodend towards the said church of Tonworthe; one other messuage in Tonworthe called Broke house with one garden, one orchard, one meadow adjacent to the same, containing 3 acres lying together in Tonworthe, extending in breadth to the west towards the land of Oliver Hunt called Budfyld, to the east to the said lane and in length extending to the south as far as the lane leading from Ladbrokes parke as far as the church of Tonworthe and to the north as far as the small lane called Budfylde lane; one close of pasture in Tonworthe called Turners land containing 8 acres, extending in breadth to the west as far as the land of the co-heirs of Thomas Stokes called Jurdens, to the east as far as the lane called Lady Lane, and in length extending to the south as far as the lane leading from Woodende as far as Aspleyhethe and to the north as far as the land called Jurdens; one close of pasture in Tonworthe called Neyfylde containing 10 acres with one close of meadow adjacent to the same containing two acres extending in breadth to the west as far as the tenement and land of John Ede, to the east as far as the tenement and land lately belonging to William Asshewell deceased, and in length to the north as far as the land of John Fulwood gentleman called Grostyefyldes and to the south as far as the said tenement and land of John Ede; 3 closes of pasture called Ruddynge containing 10 acres with one close of meadow called the Leweyre otherwise known as the Moremedowe adjacent to the same containing 12 acres all in Tonworthe, extending in breadth to the west as far as the said lane leading from Woodende to the church of Tonworthe, to the east as far as the land lately belonging to William Asshewell' deceased called Ruddynge and the lane at Morysshe broke, and in length extending to the south as far as the land of the grantor called Knobbury and to the north as far as the lane called Ruddynge lane; 3 crofts of pasture called Todcroftes in Tonworthe containing 20 acres with one close of meadow adjacent to the said closes containing 3 acres, extending to the south as far as the land of the grantor called Whelers in breadth, to the north as far as the land of Humphrey Archer esquire and the lane leading from the church of Tonworthe as far as Densey grene, and in length extending to the east as far as the said land of the grantor called Whelers and to the west as far as the land of Humphrey Archer esquire; also 28 selions of arable land containing 8 acres in Tonworthe lying divided in the common field called Heynefylde, together with all belonging to the said lands including woods and subwoods; to hold for the term of their lives and after their deaths to pass in turn to the following persons and their lawful issue: to Henry and Thomas, sons of the said Richard, to Joan, Helen, Agnes and Alice, daughters of the said Richard, to John, Thomas and William, brothers of the said Richard, to Agnes Tyrrye, wife of Nicholas Tyrrye, to Sybil Andros, wife of Robert Andros, or in default to the right heir of the said Richard; to hold of the said Robert as of his manor of Tonworthe by fealty, 2 heriots, suit of court with view of frankpledge and court baron twice a year, for an annual rent of 22s. 6d.
