Description

Indenture dated 19th January 1850 between Thomas Loach of the 1st part, Charles Loach of the 2nd part, both of Snitterfield labourers and Charles Barnes Couchman of Henley-in-Arden gentleman of the 3rd part whereby a piece of land fronting to The Green, Snitterfield and extending from The Green to the Brook there containing in breadth 24 feet, in depth 21 feet and containing 56 square yards then in the occupation of Charles Loach, with a dwelling house thereon, was conveyed by Thomas Loach to Charles Loach for £5-12-0. Signed by the mark of Thomas Loach, and by Charles Loach. Common red wax stamp seal. Witnessed by Edward Lawrence Gibbs, solicitor Stratford-upon-Avon.
