Indenture dated 25th November 1775 between John Wilkes of Snitterfield labourer of the 1st part, Thomas Farr of Snitterfield victualler of the 2nd part, William hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon gentleman of the 3rd part and John Payton of Stratford-upon-Avon wine merchant of the 4th part whereby the several terms of 500 years and 6o years in the property described in DR38/460 DR38/477 limited to John Wilkes (see DR38/488) were assigned by John Wilkes to John Payton in consideration of £35 paid to him by William Hunt, and at the direction of Thomas Farr in consideration of a further £45 lent to him by William Hunt, in trust for William Hunt, and after the repayment of the £80 by Thomas Farr to William Hunt upon trust to attend upon the inheritance.
