Indenture dated 12th May 1853 between Richard Smith of Snitterfield esquire of the 1st part, Henry Smith of Snitterfield esquire of the 2nd part and Charles Lucy of Stratford-upon-Avon esquire of the 3rd part whereby the estate tail of the said Richard Smith (given by the Will of his grandfather Richard Smith, see DR 38/501) in certain property in Snitterfield including the White Horse inn described in DR 38/460, DR 38/477 - DR 38/500 was disentailed giving the said Richard Smith the younger a fee simple interest in remainder.
